Reanna opens up about what drew her into accounting, how she started off her career eventually starting her own business. She talks about her journey as an accounterpreneur , the challenges she has faced and the false beliefs she had to overcome while running her business.
She talks about why she chose to outsource her staff offshore rather than locally as well as the advantages and challenges of doing so.
Reanna also shares her bad experiences dealing with some of her clients and why it was essential for her to create boundaries. She says that she turned to a coach who helped her improve both personally as well as how she was running her business day to day.

Reanna Ritter is born and raised in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. She enjoys hiking, golf, swimming, camping, traveling, theme parks, singing, dancing and spending time with her friends and family, and exploring the wine country. She lives in La Quinta, California with her husband and two children.
