The Virtual Bookkeepers Roadmap program includes:

  • The Virtual Bookkeeping Business Model with all the basics of building a solid foundation for your business.
  • A Practice Management Coach to support and help Start/Build a Professional Bookkeeping Service.
  • A full list of technology used by Veronica’s company. This is a great way to identify, find, and evaluate essential apps for your business. For example, you'll see demonstrations on how to effectively use Asana and Zapier.
  • Pricing, payment and billing strategies to get paid upfront for all services. This includes marketing to attract clients and processes to turn them from leads into prospects, a sample client service agreement or engagement letter.
  • Client onboarding workflows and best practices. As part of this you’ll receive client onboarding checklist, flowcharts, scripts, and meeting agendas.
  • How to manage client work status and due dates. You will learn how to build a knowledge capital library so your business is not dependent on you or your employees’ knowledge.
  • Document management with proven strategies for maximizing your productivity.
  • Lessons from Veronica’s personal journey. She’ll share what has worked for her and what hasn’t worked. You can expect action plans for every lesson, so you can implement what you’ve learned in the course in your business.
  • Monthly group calls which will include more mentoring and presentations on specific topics in addition to Q&A.
