After completing and being certified as a PGE the Universal Business Builder (UBB) program gives you the step-by-step process to deliver quality coaching services. This is a turnkey coaching engagement you are able to offer business owners allowing you to become the premier accounting firm in your area as you work with the clients you love.

This UBB program is delivered through easy-to-follow instructional videos and reference materials. You have the flexibility to complete the courses on your own time, in a way that fits your life and business needs. You’ll be assigned to work directly with Roger Knecht, president of Universal Accounting Center to learn and apply these principles in your business with your clients. Roger has been developing and offering this program to his clients for more than five years with success.
